I will never go back. I caught them out right lie to me three or four times when I had my truck in the shop. Told me how bad things were worn on my truck and needed replaced but when I looked at it they never even removed the cover to look at it. I took it somewhere else and the repairs were a third of what they quoted.
I asked to talk to the manager and was told I could leave a message but he had not returned a call in 2 yrs. I would stay away.
This place is a great place to buy a vehicle. The employees are friendly and easy to work with. They are upfront with the price of the vehicles and they have really good prices. After buying my car form heritage I have taken it to them to get the oil changed a couple of times and they always do a great job in the service department.
In all fairness, a very friendly dealership. BUYER BEWARE: They tout a lower sales tax that offers big savings, but their final finance rates are nothing short of ridiculous. If you you look into financing with this dealership, do your homework or you will be sorry. Triple check your deal for interest rates and hidden fees ect..
I come to Heritage mostly for the expertise and friendliness of Matt Bassett... Honestly I'd probably go where ever Matt works. Matt is knowledgeable, thorough, and most importantly honest. I never doubt that If Matt says something needs to be done, that it does need to be done. As a single mom I'm always worried that I'm going to get tricked or taken advantage of, I never have to worry about this with Matt. The staff that always greets me is very friendly and they remember who i am. The waiting room is always clean.
They have a good selection of cars. The parts dept are helpful.
