My family has always appreciated Dr Schow and his professional and kind manner. It's been awhile since I've needed a doctor, I went recently and he remembered my family and our history. It was a nice compliment. They are pros.
The doctors and nurses themselves were very nice and helpful. I received the care I needed. When I got my bill I was charged a fee for being a first-time customer. I called and asked about the charge and was told it wouldn't matter where I went, everybody has this fee. Nobody I have talked to (over about 7 years) has ever heard about this fee. I went as long as possible without paying the bill trying to fight it, but to no avail. I will not be returning or sending referrals.
Dr. Schow really cares about his patients. He listens while including his patient feelings and needs in suggesting treatment.
staff is very rude
Incompetent billing department, continually sent bills to the wrong address despite us filling out a document with all updated information, bill got sent to collections. Also never called after getting the results of a blood test, we had to call them repeatedly to find any answers. Have since switched doctors.
