Had an insurance claim for ruined cabinets in a flooded basement. I tried and tried to work with these guys. Our emails were going in circles. All I wanted was my 4 base cabinets but they couldn't seem to get it together. They wanted plans but the Insurance guy had already given taken the plans to them.... then they wanted me to input the plans and material online (I'm not a cabinet business) then after phone calls and offering to come to them they said they needed my plans so I sent them again in an email but then again they said I had to do it online. When I was asking how to get this resolved they said they have people that can help me with the website and how to input sizes, configurations, material, design,... Then they said they didn't have my plans so I sent them a THIRD time. Yes this was the same person!!. Again after they got the plans for the third time they said oh sorry you will have to do it online. Are they Serious??? I have decided to have someone else make the cabinets and get rid of my headache!!
