Feel free to ise this real estate company if you want to be treated as if your money is no good to these people. They speak to clients in a very judgemental way and then laugh at you with other staff members. There is zero professionalism in the company.
We have absolutely loves renting from them! We've been in 2 different apartments with them, first a 2 bedroom amd then a 3 bedroom. They helped us find a bigger apartment when we decided to expand our family. Theyre very affordable. And reasonable.. we've had a few times were we couldn't pay our rent on time, and they worked with us, they're wonderful. Fix problems fast and are very friendly. We will be going through their business to hopefully buy a house, eventually as well. Highly recommend Capener and Losee. (:
Professional to work with. I have only good things to say about Capener Losee. They've kept every commitment they have made to me. The people I can see writing bad reviews seem to have had bad credit or maybe are just rude people. Don't take it out on them that you have bad credit or don't qualify. You have to make usually 3 to 3.5 times gross income what you're trying to rent as a general rule. I run a marketing business and rent space through Capener Losee.
The ladies in their office are fairly professional and friendly. I've never had any problems with them over the phone or in person. Love the apartment.
Tried to rent apartments from them along with some friends. They said they'd have to run background checks but that one of my friends used to live in Arizona it'd take longer but that we were on the top of the list to get it. They also told us the application fee was $35. 2 weeks later we go to check on the progress for them to tell us the owner was reserving the apartment for a friend, they never even started running the background check and that the fee was now $70. Then tried to make it up by saying we were the next runner up if his friend decides he doesn't want it all the while the employees were distracted eating and on their phones hardly even giving us the light of day. Very unprofessional and wouldn't ever recommend dealing with these guys.
