The manager was very rude and slammed his door in our faces when we asked for an application
Trying to reach management here is a total joke. I called and knocked on their door for 2 weeks straight with no answer. I left multiple messages with no return call from them. When i finally contacted the owner of the property he was able to reach management for me. When i eventually spoke to the management they were anything but professinal. They were actually very hateful and spoke to me as if i was beneath them. All i wanted was to fill out the application and buy a mobile home from a gentleman who owns property there. The management all but told me that they would not pass me because i went over thwir head and called the owner. When i explained that i could not reach them they not ao kindly informed me that they will not answer the door or phone if they were doi g other things and that this is not a full time job for them. The sign out front of their home says Mon-Fri 9-6 so of course i assumed if i contact during that time i would be able to reach someone or at least have mu call returned. They said that its not their job to return calls and if they spoke to everyone who tried to reach them they would never have a life. I walked away from the home that i wanted to purxhase simply because i refuse to deal with management. If the owner will address this issue then i may consider doing buisness with him but i will never deal with the sorry good for nothing management.
