Their communication skills suck. They could call us to ask where their payment was but they couldn't call us to tell us that our storage unit was unsecured. Between the middle of December and the first part of March someone cut our padlock off and stole our flat screen TV and chest freezer out of our storage unit. When they had a problem with flooding they found our door unlocked opened it to see if anything was inside saw our stuff in it and closed and locked the door. My husband found out when he went to see why we were locked out of our storage unit that our unit came with keys to the lock on our door. They didn't bother to tell us that when we first put our stuff in the unit or give us keys.
